TERMS AND REGULATIONS:

Note that we require full payment before orders are processed and shipped
Items will be sent 2-5 days (depending on the item and date of payment) after the payment.
All items are onhand (Unless Stated that items are preordered)

Freight is borne by customer from the point of origin
RESERVATION MEANS SOLD. i only allow up to 3 days reservation.
NO HAGGLING PLEASE. Please do not ask for the wholesale price if you are buying in retail. ALL RETAIL PRICES ARE FIXED.
No return, no exchange policy (unless we are at fault)
Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances - excessively long customs clearance, typhoon, etc, are not within our control and hence, we cannot be held liable.
We do not take responsibility for damages caused by the freight forwarder.

TIPS ON BUYING ONLINE.

1. Make reading a habit.

a. Always read and be familiar with the shop’s policy.
b. Product descriptions are often listed in each photo; check each photo first before asking.
c: Respect the seller's price (compare prices with other sellers but don't say)
"bakit mas mura kay ganito?" "bakit mas mura kay ganyan?"
even in the mall you can't do that when canvassing prices from different
shops.


2. Beware of sellers with prices that are too good to be true.


3. Check if the seller is legit.


4. If the shop is not yet included in the list.

a. know the seller. gather some inmformation about their online shop.

b. The seller should have multiple payment methods aside from Gcash like bank deposits, credit card/PayPal, etc.

c. Customers’ feedback:
i. You can verify this by asking the one that made the comment about
her/his experience with the seller.
ii. If the seller is doing meet-ups, he/she should have a photo with
the buyer and the product.

d. Proof of shipping
i. make sure that the shipper name on the shipping receipt is consistent
with the shop's name/owner
ii. the dates of the receipts are latest


5. When you submit the Order Form, make sure you have read and understood the seller’s policy/terms and conditions.

6. Pay the seller on your agreed scheduled date.

7. Keep your payment receipts.


8. Ask for the Tracking Number of the package. Sometimes unexpected event arises, do understand that the seller is human too. Do hear the sellers explanation as to why the package is delayed but verify this also.


9. If you opt for meet ups, don’t be late on the agreed time/place and make sure to communicate with the seller as often as possible.


10. If you think that you''ve been scammed, you can report.

HOW TO BUY ONLINE WITHOUT BEING SCAMMED.

1. Know Thy Seller
 Gather all basic information: name, address, contact number, etc. (Yes asking the seller his/her address is important, after all you will be giving yours to him/hers)
 Read their policies and product descriptions to ensure item authenticity
 Know how fast the seller can send you your orders
 Check for references from other people who have already bought an item from that seller
2. Communicate with other buyers
 Look for people who have already transacted with the seller you want to deal with (they usually leave comments on the sellers web page)
 Check to see if their comment is positive or negative, and ask them if they are indeed satisfied with the products and the service of the seller
3. Check for third party references
 Legitimate Online Sellers usually have references from other websites that can help certify their identity and online selling activity (this references will help you gain better understanding whether or not the seller can be trusted)
4. Always Record Your Conversations with the seller
 Don't delete text messages, emails or comments from the seller on your web page
 Make the Print Screen button on your keyboard your friend - If you are in your facebook page, or your email, or any other webpage you can make a copy of your conversation by clicking the print screen button on your keyboard, opening the paint application from your desktop and clicking paste ( or ctrl + V). Save this image, and you will now have evidence on hand in case you need it
5. Know What To Consider When it comes to paying methods
 As much as possible, bank accounts under the name of the seller is always preferable - this way you will be able to keep the deposit slip, and you have an undeniable proof of who was able to receive the money.
 Whether you plan to pay through a bank account or G-cash, always try to ask the person from the counter who is receiving your payment, if the address of the account is the same as the address that the seller has given to you. This will ensure that the seller is truthful about the information he/she has given, and you will know exactly what to report to the authorities if you have been scammed.
